Vestal, New York Speed Traps

Police on the left side of the road approaching Bunn Hill from Murray Hill. The road goes up a hill on either side and the car is usually hidden by trees until you’re within 500Fort Often at night and in the afternoons. Anything over 38MPH will get you a ticket. Vestal has more police than it has realistic use for, so they write tickets to justify their existence.

Not only a "speed trap" but because of a couple of ‘young turk’ type LEOs, also a bad route if you had a drink at the bowling alley or one of the many nearby restaurants. Town beginning to look at this as a cash generator – and that ain’t a good thing…
