The Warsaw Village Police Department LOVES to sit in the steep hill of Route 20a (aka East Buffalo St.) just East of the Village by the railroad overpass. They are particularly fond of a spot halfway down the hill and when working in pairs these guys keep a steady number of cars pulled over.
