The Police car will inevitably set up at Keegans store behind the propane tank. There is a 4 way intersection and several trees hiding the officers spot. If you are careful, right about 11-2 you should have no problems due to the officers nap and lunch time. (They can be observed nodding off with a hot cup of coffee and a Jrecks sub inside the vehicle right around these hours)
