State Troopers "embed" themselves in oncoming traffic, usually just behind the first car in line, and use "Pop" or "Instant-On" radar to light you up. By the time you realize you have been hit, the blue lights are on and the Trooper is already making his U-turn. I use this highway on an almost daily basis, and see these gentlemen on a very routine basis
