They sit in the entryway of Viking Circle, behind the 3 big pine trees where motorists cannot see them driving from University Dr S toward 18th St S.

This intersection has a 4 way stop sign. Make sure you fully stop. But that isn’t the only thing, once you proceed through the intersection the speed limit is 25mph, but most people will go 30 or so. You’ll get pulled over in front of One Oak Place by a police vehicle that comes out of nowhere.. it has happened to me and i have seen it happen to others.

THEY WORK THIS AREA AS IT IS 30 MPH AND PEOPLE TEND TO SPEED THERE.

They will sit by the barrel barriers or tucked next to bridge supports, going either east or west on I-94.
