The capital city has un-realistic limits set everywhere and they are enforced seemingly at random. Transit bus doing 20 over, let it slide. Little old lady doing 5 over, better slap on the cuffs!

Those guys gave me a ticket for doing 50 in a 45 zone, but they said i was speeding in a school zone which was a block away from the whole incident.
