Millersburg, Ohio Speed Traps
intersection of Hwy 83 and SR 39 next to courthouse
patrol car will sit down by Java joes coffee shop now called Mama bears I believe and wait for cars to turn on red at night, between youngs music and the courthouse. There is a No Turn On Red there. But at night it is quite/dead there that it is easy to forget. Plus I swear sometimes the light seems longer.

State Route 241 near Compton Auto Repair Parking Lot
New spot on SR 241 at the crest of a hill in a private business parking lot. They shoot just over another crest going downhill at outgoing traffic from Millersburg. Given the nature of the terrain, obstructions, and the fact they handheld and aimed the device I’m leaning more towards laser enforcement in this spot.
Liberty Street near State Route 39
There is a thin line between prevention and enforcement. These officers choose to sit about a block down a single lane street pointed up a hill, towards an intersection that changes from two way traffic to one way traffic during certain hours of the school day. Where they sit you can’t see them from the intersection because it is obscured. Don’t even think about running the chance of not being caught. Instead of sitting in a parking lot near the intersection for preventions sake they choose down the street in an effort to bust you. When you go down the street to find an alternative route you’ll end up in a staring contest. The day we found this spot the officer eventually turned off into an ally and gave up his prime spot and went to the above mentioned Mennonite parking lot.
State Route 83 near US Highway 62
Deputy sits with his lights off on SR 83 at the trailer park. You can’t see him until its to late watch this trap. Most of the time its after dark, but have seen him there during the day.
