As you enter the city on New Carlisle Pike, the state highway patrol sits in the parking lot by the pool. The speed immediately drops from 55 to 25 and the car, even with the headlights on, is not visible to you. The parking lot is blocked by a curve and some trees. I see them almost once a week sitting there.
