Officer parks on Park Ave watching motorists entering the village and coming down hill leaving village. I’ve been popped both ways. It’s residential with a 25 speed limit.

The police stand outside thier vehicle which is hidden behind embankments from intersection of South street, and shoot thier radar at incoming traffic at the crest of Wells street
