This is an area of a new School Zone for the recently completed Bowsher High scool. School Zones exist on both S. Detroit and Arlington Ave. Radar setting up in the Speedway parking lot across the street from High School. This is just an FYI.

This is aToledo Police speed trap and is set up when city coffers are low . It traps mostly transient drivers because of its location. They claim it cuts down on accidents. but that is BS since the drivers they catch are usually through that area only once. and since it is only done two or three times a year.
