State Route 24 near South Street
the red light camera on the anthony wayne trail and south street now checks your speed so dont speed up to make this light. plus after the motorcycle crash there has been a huge increase in police presence. if you’re on a bike watch out.
(State Route 24 – Anthony Wayne Trail)
Interstate 80
Something I have notice on this highway… Whatever direction the first one you see is facing, 99% of the rest of them will be facing too. You Need to pay close attention to the ones hiding in the high dividers, in a car you can not see them till you are right on top of them and then it’s too late. Between the Indiana line and mile marker 80 (just past / before Toledo) they seem to be quite thick. I personally have been stopped several times in that area; I now use my cruse controll set at 69 mph to avoid getting stopped.
Angola Road near Holland-Sylvania Road
Ohio State Troopers and Holland Police sit off to the side of the road. The speed limit on the west side of Angola is 35 but before you cross Holland-Sylvania, it is 45 so people not paying attention don’t see the sign. There is no ‘Slower Speed Ahead’ signs either. I’ve seen hundreds of people getting tickets in the past 5 years and that’s no exaggeration.
Interstate 475/US23 near Exit Number Between 8 and 13 Airport to Central Ave
When I’m in this area, 9 times out of 10, and Ohio State Trooper will be sitting in one of the medians in this 5 mile stretch, usually near the Door or Bancroft bridges. Don’t go over 65 in this spot!
Interstate i 75 also 475 near Interstate 75 also 475
