Coming up the Upper Wellington Mountain Access Just after the 50km marker (Just before the big bend) towards the top of the access. The officer park his car on the side and stands behind the light pole.

Officers set up a tripod just east of Bow Valley (East of Lake Avenue) with their cars out of sight behind a fence. The tripod is set up in front of a hydro pole. There is a long open stretch of 4 lane road between Lake Ave. and the next light over a ravine (The Stoney Creek). They are there over 15 days out of a month especially in the mornings but have been there as late as there is sunlight.
