Heading north on Hwy 21 into Southampton is drops from an 8o km limit to a 60 km limit even though there is no residential neighbourhood. The speed limit also changes on an ess-bend.

Very staight 9km stretch of road with some hills on coming moving radar very hard to see as traffic is running fast on this 80km/hr stretch usually running at 90km up to 130km/hr
