When travelling Northbound on the 406, there is a speedtrap where 58 from Thorold merges onto the 406. It is also the area that goes down the escarpment so it is easy to speed. OPP sit on the 58/406 merge far up on the ramp. When heading toward them, you don’t see them until you’ve already passed them. They always have people pulled over a couple hundred metres before the Glendale exit.
