For people coming onto Prince Charles Dr from the traffic lights at the intersection of Ontario Rd and heading North towards the intersection of Webber Rd, the speed limit on Prince Charles Dr is 50KM/hr, though you will see no speed limit signage. You will turn right on to the ramp of bridge on Prince Charles Dr and go up the bridge, after which when headed north on this short 1.1Km stretch cars are bound to exceed 50KM/hr because you are going down the bridge.

When going down Prince Charles Drive between Fitch St. and Thorold Rd, slow down. The limit is 50 but people always go much faster down there. Niagara Regionals sit in the Canadian Tire Financial Services parking lot and since Fitch Street school is right there, police probably won’t be as likely to cut a break or issue a warning.

Speed limit changes to 40 in a school zone and people tend to fly through here, cruisers sit in the parking lot of this school behind the tree line beside the big white house so you cannot see them until it is too late. One car sits here, one car in the church and they wave you into the church parking lot across from Niagara College’s driveway.
