Stanfield, Oregon Speed Traps
State Highway 395 near Harding Avenue
Coming from the north into town the speed changes to 30 just before you drop over the hill into town. Very often they will hide at the bottom of the hill.
Mainly 395 both sides of town, but now on backroads.
I’ve seen these officers have any age of person pulled over. Plus I have heard of racial harrassment in this town. Plain and simple, if you decide to pass through Stanfield posted speed limit is 30,go 20 at all times.
Hwy 395
Stanfield Officers are visable to the public and are very reasonable when citations are issued. Contrary to popular belief they do not have a quota, for I have been pulled over and issued warnings. Not Traffic Fines.
Highway 395 both North and South of Stanfield
The police in this town are relentless when it comes to writng traffic citations. Though nobody on the city council wants to admit it, Stanfield has a ticket quota for their officers. 40 tickets a month per officer and there are 5 officers. Traffic fines for the town have increased over 100% from two months ago. It is believed that the Chief is working for profit, but that has yet to be substantiated.
