near the exit 162, he hids on the parking lot where the mobile home are sold across from the koi nursey. you can see him if your going south on old 99, but can’t if your going north from Roseburg. very easy to speed there

Officer weave in and out of the neighborhood street to catch you. Its a 20 mph zone but the road goes up and down and very easy to go 45 to 50 mph if not careful.
