The Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County, PA police "hunt" the hill at the south end of the Freeport Bridge in both directions. Posted speed limit is 45 mph. The trap is often at the bottom of the hill at the end of the bridge with the "catcher" at the top of the hill, or they catch you coming down the hill and pursue across the bridge.
