State Route 865 near Interstate 99
From the intersection of 220 (near Interstate 99) by the Sheetz store going north into Bellwood on SR 865, the speed limit is 25. The police have been spotted hiding behind similar colored vehicles, between emergency medical vehicles and behind garages. This area is a newly relocated highway and bridge and the limits are so low that vehicles must brake going up onto the bridge and brake for 5 blocks to maintain 25. Enforcement is total. No mercy.
