Boalsburg, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

One officer using ESP waits just past the split onto Business Rt. 322 where the speed limit is reduced to 40. They patrol the whole route into State College VERY heavily whenever students are returning to Penn State Univ. after breaks, etc.
