Valley Township police on 30 Business, just west or shortly west of Dominos, across from Rainbow Elementary, will frequently monitor where the speed-limit is only 35 MPHs (when school is out). Watch your speed in this area, either traveling East or West on 30 Business. Valley Township police cars cannot be missed, they are black and white, with red on the side, and will frequently be out of view a few yards off of business-30. Punks!
