In the section between PlainField to Middlesex (Mailly through the Carlisle AREA. the speedlimt goes form 65 right down to 55 for a 3 mile strecth. The cops pick people off. The will sit on the hill just before the 1st carlisle exit over a hill on South bound and North Bound the will sit in same spot but also behind the bridge.
