There is an ESP(electronic speed prevention) device on the side of the road(Stony run). Its a little box that sits against the curb and fires an invisible beam across the road. The police sit in their car off to the side behind the hill with a monitor telling them your speed. Once you go through the beam over the posted limit you will be pulled over.
