Cops have been sitting in the parking lot on Penrod and other intersections and ticketing anyone doing over 40 on Smithfield, especially after sunset. Keep the speed limit on Smithfield anywhere near the Boston Bridge.

They sit on the on ramp coming down from the old yellow carwash right before the red caboose.

All along Lovedale Road heading towards Elizabeth, cops sit, hide and wait. That’s the only revenue that they get in Lincoln Boro. And they get plenty of it.
