State Route 22 near State Route 66

On Rte 22, after the traffic lights stop before you get to the junction with 66. There is a long, straight downhill stretch with few turn-offs after the Cornerstone mega-church. Highway speeds would be appropriate, but the posted limit is 45. Not sure where the cop hides.
