Broadway is the main artery thru Fountain Hill connecting South Allentown (Emmaus/Susquehanna avenues)and South Bethehem. The absurd 30 mph limit on the hill on Broadway is rigidly enforced by Fountain Hill PD cars hiding in the 6 pack shop, Kidspeace, Wawa, Carpency Service Station or any other business or side street! This is a regular speed trap and enforement is Constant 24×7. Control your speed down the hill and avoid the urge to fly up the hill! Beware!
1100 block of Delaware Ave to 1400 Broadway
25 mph limit on Delaware Ave. 30 on Broadway. I see someone stopped in these areas a couple times a week. Broadway has big hill and its easy to do 50 – 55 going east. They sit at gas station right at bottom of hill. West on delaware ave they sit on side street. Only 2 policemen on duty at a time but they are alway there when not eating doughnuts.
