State Police backs into old parking lot at the bottom of Millcreek Hill and catches people coming down the hill to fast. Or truckers speeding up to climb the big hill.

State Police pull into Raccoon Creek State Park’s horse trailer Parking area where people unload horses for trail rides. Very rural area, speed limit is 45 but most people travel at 55+
