Southern Regional Police or even the State troopers sit behind this bank parking lot to catch people running the stop sign. Just make sure you completely stop or else you’ll see the lights behind you. Also another hideout is at the stop sign if you look to your right, by the Mill Inn there are 2 parking spots where undercover is sometimes sitting.

There is a small break in the middle of the Jersey wall of I-83 between the Shrewsbury Exit and Glen Rock exit 8. The Trooper sits facing South bound in the break. Coming from the south you will come over a ridge thus coming up on the trooper rather quickly allowing no slow down time.
