Middletown Road near Indian Echo Caverns
Police often hide along Middletown Road in a few spots. At night, they will often set up LIDAR and ENRAD systems by the Hershire Hospital.
During the day, they will set up near where Middletown Road becomes two lanes, right over the hill. You often cannot see the ENRAD systems because they are hidden in the bushes.
W. Chocolate Avenue near Staples
W Chocolate Ave east bound, just east of Staples. PD sits in parking lot of Exxon gas station. When station closes, the parking lot is dark and it is very hard to see the cruiser parked against the building. There are white lines on the roadway.
State Route 322 East near Waltonville Road
Police cruiser sits on the entrance ramp to 322 east. Unvisible as you approach from the west.
State Route 422 near Para Road
Heading East of the Cocoa/Chocolate intersection of downtown Hershey, you will descend a gradual slope with the large mansions on your right and the Hershey Cocoa and golf course on your leFort Toward the end of the slope there is a white painted line, then Para Ave. on the right and then another painted white line. The speed limit is reasonable in the area but the slope can easily get you speeding and there is no hope of getting a warning.
State Highway 322 near Quarry Road
Derry Township Police sit on Eastbound side, past overpass ramp. Can have LASER system located before the overpass, after the overpass for Middletown Road. Look for a blue Jeep Cherokee or a Impala.
