Speed rapidly drops from 45 to 35 mph when you enter downtown Jamestown from the south (coming from Greenville) on Route 58. Police are usually eager and waiting to nab speeders who don’t notice the rapid drop in speed. Watch for the white VASCAR lines on the road.
