WIth Merck on the left hand side, just as you round the bend on sumneytown pike heading towards valley forge road, there are usually officers in the shopping center nearby (near the new dunkin doughnuts) or in the driveway of a house just at the end of the little bend that is also used as some type of office.

Hancock Road near North Broad Street
Officer sits in parking lot of business on hancock between North Broad Street and railroad tracks just before Church Road. Lines are painted on roadway as per PA law. However, officer times traffic in both directions on Hancock, So they will stop vehicles traveling East Bound, even though West Bound traffic obstructs his vision. They always reduce tickets at hearings to "no point" violations with a $100.00 fine.
