Monaca, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

Leaving Monaca posted speed limit changes from 25 to 45. Monaca police have speed strips 104 ft. apart on a 4 lane highway prior to leaving the Borough and becoming 45 MPH.

Both southbound and northbound traffic on route 51 as you leave or enter Monaca on the south end of town. 51 changes from a four lane to a two lane and speed limit goes from 45 to 35 on the four lane, then down to 25 as you enter town on the two lane.
