Mongomery, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

State Troopers sit at the top of the Rte 73 entrance ramp behind the sound barrier wall. You can only see them when you pass them. The spped limit is well posted at 45 mph. Rte 309 is still under construction but the lower section from Paper Mill rd to the Pa Turnpike entrance is complete. I see traps set up daily.
