Mont Alto, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

Normally at night, the State Police marked car sits in the driveway entrance to the country club, hidden by bright lights and a sign. The speed limit drops from 45 to 35 at the top of the hill heading north ( 1/4 mile before the trap ). HR-12 hand held radar gun is used. A favorite spot due to steep hill. I was stopped on a Christmas Eve doing 53, a normal speed for all cars in that spot.
There is no safe place to pull over and I consider this trap a safety hazard.
