Park Drive near Baltimore Avenue
This little borough in PA is reknowned for overly malicious PD. It isn’t that the speed limits are unfair, it is simply a matter of unfair police officers. Not only are you subject to ridiculous speed enforcement, but the officers in this town are self proclaimed experts on PA Vehicle code and will stop you for any little violation and then find several other violations to write you for. Couple this with a crooked District Justice who not only allows these actions, but supports it, this area is a haven for unjustified and grossly unfair citations.
