Rt 309 N. between Mt Top & Ashley

On 309 North at bottom of mountain. State cops with radar sit anywhere from Joe Paloka monument to 81 N. entry ramp. Speed limit is 45 MPH there. Often radar car has chase car farther down. No need to hide, by the time you see them: its too late!
