Newfoundland, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

This trap is located near a PA State Police station in a very lightly populated area. Police wait on eastbound exit ramp facing against the flow of traffic. There is a cop there every time I pass through that spot. Passed through there once and there were 3 cops who had 3 different cars pulled over and another cop getting in position to pull someone else over.

The officers (state police) sit in the RV parking lot across from the Newfoundland Beverage store. The posted speed limit is 25.
