Newtown, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

They use VASCAR to catch your speed. Rural road with many rolling, yet blind, hills…easy for police to hide just over a hill tucked off to the side of Swamp Road or on one of the small side streets. Look for little goalpost-looking things on both sides of road.

Police setup in driveway to PECO substation. Road goes from 25mph to 35mph leaving town. Cars are caught in speed trap doing above 25mph and then pulled over in PECO’s driveway. This is a classic township income road.

There is usually a cop right off the exit of I-95 near the Newtown Bypass. They travel the ByPass constantly in marked police cars and motorcycles. Watch for them near Holy Family College and near the Health Club.

Late at night a officer sits across from the gas station and is completly blacked out. I never saw him until I got caught, and now I see him there all the time.

Have not been able to figure out where the cop hides. I always see someone pulled over
