Police park in parking lot of a convenience store on left at the end of Charleroi where traffic becomes two way traffic.

cop sits between buildings in a 25 zone

cop hides behind parked cars on one side and then hides behind building on other side.. also sits back behind hillside and cant see until you are going through the 25 zone
