Be careful when traveling 76 east right past the kelly drive exit they(philly xway patrol) will sit down below in a small lot….then as you come up to the the bend where route 1 meets 76, they sit back on route 1, heres a hint, if you have the presence of mind to look up on route 1 prior to the bend, sometimes you can see them sitting there…I come home late at night(around 1am) and I always see people pulled over, it was me one night last week, he came out of nowhere, luckily I didnt get a ticket though, I was haulin ass too(around 90), I thank my cop friends for that one….otherwise, philly highway patrol will let you have it, so be careful…

Philadelphia Police Highway Patrol constantly sit on the westbound on-ramp from Girard Avenue behind you and on the right. As you come around the trun by the zoo and under a bridge you pass this on-ramp and can’t see them. Very successful with late night DUI speeders, my friend got pinched.
