Traveling North, just under the West End Bridge where the 3 lanes funnel into 2. They sit tucked back behind the concrete barrier supporting the road above, on the right. You can’t see them until you are passing them. Speed limit is 40 MPH.
State Highway 79 near Mile Marker 90 – 94
North and South bound lanes monitored by vehicles Troopers waiting between mile markers 90 and 94
State Route 65 near West End Bridge
40 MPH Speed limit posted. Then the lines within 100 yards. Officers is posted out of site on the right hand side of the underpass.
Banksville Road near Interstate 376
At curve just before entering Interstate 376 before the Fort Pitt Tunnel
Pioneer Avenue near Moore Park
Motorcycle officer sits in the Moore Park parking lot, as inbound traffic comes down the long hill, he will wave you into the lot for going ove the 25 MPH limit, which is difficult to maintain on the hill. Also enforces the 15 MPH school zoneduring school hours. He got mefor doing 33 when the limit was 25; supposedly he’ll ticket you for 5+ over the prevailing limit.
