Polk, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

The bourough boys are rent-a-cops who are in the Bourough for just a few days a month. One who used to be a mayor in a near by city is the main guy. Very arrogant. I flipped him off once for pulling out in front of me and he pulled me over. They use this new pole contraption that sits along side the road. Very easy to see if looking for it. These boys get off on writing tickets and chasing cars. You know, give them a badge and gun and watch them go.

Local officer uses contractor building on east side of town to hide, and uses stopwatch(pvmnt mrkngs).
takes job serious (found out hard way)

Several VASCAR Areas set up in the boro. Main St. (Rt 62) watched heavily. 35 mph.
