Scott, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

The police like to sit behind the Car Wash between the Cinema Center and the old Romeo’s Eatery. Speed is 45 here but 55 is easy to hit. Heavy traffic at rush hours and if there are problems on I-80.

South Bound on Greentree Road crossing from Greentree Boro (two lane)into Scott Twp the road goes to a 4 lane. About a 1/4 mile past the first traffic light on the four lane there is a slight downward grade and the road bends to the leFort There is a narrow road on the right that looks like someones driveway. They sit at the end of that road where it intersects with Greentree road parked. Because it looks like a driveway no one pays attention to the car sitting there. You can’t miss the two white lines painted on the road just before it. It is just before St. Simon and Jude Church which is on the left side of the road. Usually they use a white Crown Vic slick top. The speed limit is 35 mph.
