Upper Providence, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

This is a illegal speed trap by local police. they have been targeting innocent people in a 35 mph zone that changes to 40 mph on a downward incline. They are doing this under 100 yard from a posted speed sign. they are also using this solely as a revenue generator for their small township. This must stop. Is there anything or anyone in government I can talk to.

Police car is parked in a private driveway on the downward grade of Route 252 South also known as Palmers Mill. They are using the new ENRADD system which uses infrared instead of the old VASCAR system. The officer pulls you over and politely gives you a ticket for barely above the 35 mph speed limit so that you do not get points and probably won’t contest it. The ticket is still $138.50

One of the new areas for UP police to hide is on the SB side of Route 1. past 252. There is a curve before the straightaway before you pass the Middletown Township sign. Officers sit on the shoulder just as you clear the curve.
