Police monitor this road frequently in unmarked & USC police cars on roads near Wesley Institute & sometimes on private driveways off of Johnston. Watch out going up the hill on Johnston from Boyce Rd. Got stopped there and officer explained they catch many people exceeding limit going up the hill! Be careful & don’t exceed 25 mph limit.

Early mornings sitting in various parking lots. After the redlight at pinebridge commons before entering Bridgeville. No lights on parked near other cars. Impossible to see until way too late. 40 MPH speed limit is well posted and reasonable . Be careful!

Cop sits in the front lot for the library. The road rises a little so you don’t see him till you are right in front of him. This is right next to the police department’s building.

The old Texaco gas station on route 19 across from Upper St.Clair high school, the cop sits way back in the Texaco parking lot late at night in complete darkness with street lights over the VASCAR lines and reflective markers. he can get you heading north or south. and he is almost impossible to spot until you are in the middle of the two lines.
