At top of the Plane Street
Plane Street runs into Spring Mt Road coming into town of Weatherly and the speed limit goes from 55 to 35!!!! And it changes right at the top of a steep hill and the cops sit right at the change tucked hiding away in a recessed pull off. Watch out for Weatherly in general. the biggest police for profit revenue generating wana be super troopers in all of NEPA!! And the chief is truly a ticket fiend. He needs to be writing every person he can any ticket he can.

Weatherly Police have given citations to almost everyone I spoke to that have driven in this small town in the last several months. Extremely heavily enforcement on speeding and seeking motorists who have been drinking.
