West Mifflin, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

Police sit either in the parking lot of the former New England School or right across the street. They catch motorists as they come over the crest of the hill in either direction. They can be there any hour of the day or night-I’ve even seen them there at 1AM. This has nothing to do with safety. I’ve lived near there for all of my 58 years and have never heard of an accident there. There isn’t even an intersection nearby.
