Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

Two portable boxes set up across the street from each other on stands,no wires or painted lines on road. Officer sits in cruiser apx. 20 feet away St Clair street. Target is usually trying to catch vehicles leaving city limits, as it is close to border with Plains Twp.

ENRAD Technology speed trap. Located in the Bishop Hoban school zone usually when the 15mph sign is flashing. near the beer distributor under the bridge. the office uses a remote so you will see no car there, just something that looks like a tripod.
be careful, you will get a massive fine getting caught there.
