Zelienople, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

Route 19 northbound, entering into village of Zelienople. Route 19 narrows from four lanes @ 50 mph to two lanes @ 35 mph in a very short distance. Northbound highway is also downhill making it difficult to reduce speed in the distance required. Village police position themselves facing northbound on a southbound cutoff. This cutoff is hidden from northbound view by a large hill until it’s too late. Police are strict as to allowable speed above posted limit.
