One of them has said (exact words) that if you have a radar detector in your vehicle, you are definitely getting a speeding a ticket because that tells him you are a habitual offender. Translated, that is just a simple way of saying “you will be ticketed and extorted regardless so I can meet my ticket quota and make money for my department.”
